Self Collection Policy

  1. Self collection points are pickup locations authorised by SafeSparesOnline for collection of orders.
  2. Customers can avoid delivery charges by opting for self collection at the time of checkout.
  3. When orders reach the self collection point, customers can collect material after handing over written receiving of order (Stamped and Sign).
  4. Customers will have time of 7 working days for collection of these orders. After the 7-day period, if the order has not been picked up, it will be cancelled and the amount returned to the customer’s payment source.
  5. For orders which have been self collected, customers can either return them back at the collection point or request a pickup at their address.
  6. There is no alteration in the return policy for self collected orders and the terms and conditions for them stay the same as for normal orders.
