These Buyer Terms and Conditions (the "Buyer Terms") apply specifically to Buyers (defined below) in addition to the "General Terms of Use" available at https://safesparesonline.com/terms-of-use. These Buyer Terms describe the terms under which a Buyer can avail of Buyer Services through the Platform.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the General Terms of Use and these Buyer Terms, the provisions of these Buyer Terms shall prevail. Please read these Buyer Terms carefully before registering as a Buyer on the Platform. By registering as a Buyer, you unconditionally accept these terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

A. Defined Terms

All defined terms used in these Buyer Terms shall have the same meaning as assigned to them under the General Terms of Use.

Buyer: A buyer of the Products listed on the Platform.

Buyer Services: Services described in Clause 3 of these Buyer Terms.

Logistics Partner: A logistics service provider approved by SafeSparesOnline.

Seller: A registered seller on the Platform.

Shipment: Any Product transported by the Logistics Partner under a single waybill.

B. Registration

1. To use Buyer Services, a Buyer must create an account on the Platform.

2. Continued access is subject to active registration.

3. Buyers must provide accurate details (name, address, phone, email) for registration.

C. Buyer Services

Buyer Services facilitate Product purchases but do not involve direct control over transactions.

1. Viewing Seller profiles and Product listings.

2. Facilitating communication and transactions.

3. Sending order and dispatch notifications.

4. Allowing feedback and ratings.

5. Providing service reminders (if applicable).

6. Handling shipment, returns, and cancellations.

7. Collecting feedback to improve services.

D. Conditions Applicable to Buyers

1. SafeSparesOnline does not verify Sellers’ information or guarantees its accuracy.

2. Orders are subject to the Terms of Use.

3. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders.

4. SafeSparesOnline is not liable for product quality, delivery, or fraud.

5. Buyer feedback does not represent SafeSparesOnline’s opinion.

6. Order confirmation emails do not indicate Seller acceptance.

7. SafeSparesOnline does not provide warranties on Products.

8. The risk of loss remains with the Seller until delivery.

E. Representations and Warranties by Buyers

1. Buyers agree to provide truthful feedback.

2. Return/refund requests must follow SafeSparesOnline’s policies.

F. Payments & Charges

1. Payment Methods: Buyers can choose from online payments or cash on delivery (if available).

2. Charges:

- Packaging & Forwarding Charges: 3% of cart value + GST.

- Delivery Charges: Displayed at checkout.

- Convenience Charges: 2% of cart value + GST.

- Order Cancellation Fee: Applied as per SafeSparesOnline’s policies.

G. Disclaimers

1. SafeSparesOnline does not endorse any Product purchases.

2. No liability for errors, defects, or omissions in information.

3. SafeSparesOnline does not own rights to logos, trademarks, or images displayed.

4. No responsibility for contract breaches between Buyers and Sellers.

H. Remedies

SafeSparesOnline reserves the right to:

1. Limit or remove Buyer access without notice.

2. Delete Buyer accounts if necessary.

I. Logistics Services

1. Logistics Fees: Buyers are responsible for logistics fees at checkout.

2. Taxes: Buyers must pay applicable taxes on shipping, transportation, and delivery.

3. Damage During Shipment: SafeSparesOnline and Logistics Partners are not liable for reverse pickup damages unless caused by the Logistics Partner.

4. Delivery Delays: Not liable for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

5. Location: Services are currently available only in India.

6. Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to delivery are subject to the courts in Delhi.
