Self-collection points are designated pickup locations authorized by SafeSparesOnline where customers can collect their orders.

Customers who choose self-collection at the time of checkout can avoid delivery charges.

Once the orders arrive at the self-collection point, customers can pick up their orders by providing a written acknowledgment of receipt (with a stamp and signature). This ensures that the order is properly collected.

Customers are allowed a period of 5 working days to collect their orders from the self-collection point.

If the order is not picked up within this 5-day period, it will be automatically scrapped.

The return policy for self-collected orders remains the same as for regular orders, with no alterations in the terms and conditions.

All conditions apply equally to self-collected orders as they do to orders delivered directly to the customer.
